Bryan Mulligan, AIA, began his career in the late 1980’s with a part-time internship in Orange County, California. He continued his rigorous architectural studies, that included European studies, and currently holds degrees from Orange Coast College, in Costa Mesa, CA and Syracuse University. Settling in Boston, Bryan went on to build a solid architectural career with several Boston architectural firms. In 2008 he began serving as thesis advisor to architectural graduate students at the Boston Architectural College and in 2009 joined Team Boston for the 2009 Solar Decathlon as a professional design and construction consultant. In 2012, after 16 years in the corporate environment, Bryan left the office for the last time and the following morning he launched Studio47 Architects. In 2014 Bryan sat on the zoning advisory board for the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation that would go on to re-write zoning bylaws to attract developers and economic growth to Marlborough, Massachusetts.
